Gray Owl Coffee is a worker cooperative coffee shop and bakery in downtown Norman, OK. We specialize in craft coffee, loose leaf tea, and made-from-scratch pastries. Our space is a community hub, a place for folks to gather and enjoy one another’s company without the fear of being rushed. We operate with a DIY mindset, becoming Norman’s first worker-owned cooperative and continuing to change and grow collectively as we find our way. We also encourage creative play and expression in our community by offering our walls as gallery space to local artists and hosting local events.
