Do you sell your coffee?
Yes! We sell our beans in 0.5 and 1 lb bags. We can give them to you whole bean or grind ‘em how you like.
Who roasts your coffee?
Our friends at Clarity Coffee in Oklahoma City. They roast delicious, ethically sourced coffee that we love to work with.
Do you have a patio?
Yes! While our patio isn’t covered, it does have umbrellas. It’s a great spot if you want somewhere quiet to sit.
Is your shop dog-friendly?
Yes! Dogs are always welcome on our front and back patios.
Do you host events?

I’m an artist, how can I show art on your walls?
We love to host local artists on our shop walls, free of charge. If you’d like to show your art at Gray Owl, you can email your name and images of your work to grayowlcollective@gmail.com.
I’m a musician, how can I play at your shop?
We do host musicians and shows at Gray Owl. As a busy cooperative, we'll be more likely to say yes to your event if you are able to do your own promotion and ticket sales, if needed. You can contact us about organizing a show by emailing grayowlcollective@gmail.com.
Who owns Gray Owl?
In 2021, we became a worker cooperative. Currently, 6 of our workers are also owners. Everyone who works at Gray Owl is eligible to become an owner.
What does it mean when you say you’re a worker cooperative?
In our case, we use that term to refer to the way that we are owned and run: by the workers you see everyday in the shop. We share profits and operations tasks, and we make our decisions by consensus.
I’m looking to start a cooperative or turn my business into one. Can you advise me?
We’d love to help in any way we can! We’re not experts, but we did build our cooperative with our own 12 hands. Oklahoma needs more co-ops and we’re enthusiastic about providing resources for other folks. Reach out to us at the shop or by email: grayowlcollective@gmail.com.
